We believe that robust, interconnected, and resilient arts ecosystems are essential to a world in which Black and Brown people can truly thrive wherever they live.

KGI Projects supports artist-centered and community-grounded organizations in unlocking propulsive vision, strategy, and partnerships through focused engagements (not strategic planning).

Cultural Strategy

Ecosystem Development

We work with Black and Brown arts leaders and organizations in a specific geography / community to collectively build diverse and sustainable local arts ecosystems grounded in shared vision and audacity.

Art/ist Legacy Work

We work with artists, collectors, and inheritors to bring intention, purpose, and order to their legacy stewardship journey.

Learning Exchange

We design and curate generative and culturally-embedded experiences that may include convenings, travel, knowledge exchange, and more.

Storytelling / Storykeeping

We design and conduct original research, including oral histories, narrative change, and meaning making.

Keynote & Public Speaking

We are available for keynotes and panels at summits, conferences, and podcasts, on a variety of topics grounded in experience, curiosity, and expertise.
